After spending over a decade in private practice at acclaimed legal firms, Estelle Hayes spread her wings to found a boutique legal consultancy to simplify law for her clients.
My firm belief is that the most important part of our job, as lawyers, is to make law accessible. The new way of doing law is to empower your clients by simplifying their legal obligations, so that they are able to do what they are good at – instead of wasting time navigating complex law.
Estelle has advised a number of JSE listed companies in the mining and metals industry, as well as South Africa’s most innovative tech startups. Her expertise ranges from mergers and acquisitions to cutting edge-work on data-processing and analytics.
